How do you keep conversation going?

Today I realized the way I like to keep conversation going on this Ecademy blog, is most essential in all communication I have. Let me explain:
My first blogposting was about having a project realized (see here). Not really an invite to start a dialogue
During serveral blogpostings last year I learned to level with the readers here on Ecademy and watched how top-bloggers kept conversation going. Slowly I felt more comfortable and it get easier to post and just see what happens, without expectations...
I adapt this learned way of dialogue with family and clients, and it is really improving: playing with views on the conversation to stay in contact, not expecting anything. My intention is to listen well and react on others reaction, but sometimes I still get "pushy" and.... conversation stops.
Stapping back helps, still learning
How do you keep conversation going?
Do you get pushy sometimes also?
Groeten / Regards, Sibren

Thank you Hans, I keep learning.
There are some similarities in conversations companies do want to have with their customers. After a CSC period they have to listen and stap back also. And they have the learing-curve.
How is your curve developing?

Great One Sibren,
It is a lot like the systematics I've recently teached.
There are two ways of approach to a system:
1. the black box approach. (outside approach) (to this blog, you see the conversation that leads to discussion, but you are not reacting)
2. the moon journey approach. Outside to inside approach) (to this blog, you see the conversation, that leads to discussion and you DO participate in or on a matter in more detail to get/keep the discussion going.
That is as far is I want to go with systematics (a lot is CSC in there )
Hope I made some sense here..........
Kind regards,
Marco

Thanks, Marco
Now I understand the thread here... Yes, in my first time on Ecademy and social networks I also was CSC - closed, selective and controlled. I began to change it into ROS - Random, open, supportive only slowly, slowly...
I have needed some time to understand it

Thank you Sibren,
now you have me thinking about it
how do I keep the conversation going...
adjusting my words to those of the others involved
presenting a different view if I have one and feel it might contribute to the discussion
showing respect and gratitude to persons / opinions expressed
I recognise what you write about getting pushy and how that stops the conversation. Stepping back helps me as well
Hartelijke groet, Kind regards,

@Solveigh
I like that: "learning by doing". Getting a ORS attitude needs a lot of "doing", a profound reconsideration of many habits and contructions in society.
@Marco
Top supporter, thanks for the video!
@Anke
Nice! There are many interesting persectives about conversation:
- give a warm feeling to customers
- open to learn
- be able to adapt quickly
- let your filosophy stream through the conversation
- know what you stand for
I see it as a flow: creating flow in conversation. When the conversation is continuing, all chances to improve and getting profitable are there...
So, how do we keep flow in conversation?
